3. Pricing

CammyVlogs reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4. Payment

5. Shipping & Delivery

CammyVlogs works with carefully selected third-party logistics partners and suppliers to process and deliver customer orders efficiently.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are generally between 5–12 business days, depending on the destination. Delivery times may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Where available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once their order has been dispatched.

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. CammyVlogs shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before they have entered processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

7. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and, where reasonably possible, returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or an incorrect item was delivered.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@cammyvlogs.com.

Please include your order number along with clear photographs of the product and its packaging so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

9. Warranty

CammyVlogs provides the statutory warranty required under applicable consumer protection laws. Products are expected to perform as reasonably expected under normal use.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper handling, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CammyVlogs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our total liability shall never exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant product.
